Varzandeh Tarabar has undergone significant changes in 2024, driven by the execution of our new strategy: delivering future-focused solutions for our transport and logistics business.

Our focus is to provide best-in-class transportation and logistics services as an integrated company with comprehensive value chain coverage. By expanding our logistics service offerings and transport-related products, we aim to deliver increased value to our customers, pursue growth and higher earnings, and reduce business volatility.

We aim to transform the transport and logistics industry by reducing complexity. Despite the digital revolution’s impact on other sectors, transport and logistics remain largely unchanged due to the complexity of shipping, lack of standardization, and difficulty adapting to unforeseen events. Processes remain primarily manual and paper-based, with little standardization across countries.

We envision simplifying the shipping experience, making it as easy to ship a container as sending a parcel. Leveraging our leading position in supply chain management and freight forwarding, we will improve and simplify shipping by integrating our capabilities across the value chain. This will enable seamless, value-added, end-to-end services based on innovative digital customer solutions, extending our effective delivery network globally.

Digitization presents significant opportunities to simplify the customer experience and improve asset productivity (ships and ports), thereby reducing costs across the value chain. We possess the capabilities, assets, and potential to fundamentally transform Varzandeh Tarabar, and have already launched initiatives focused on digitizing paper flow.
